US Citizen Found Among 20 Bodies Buried in Mass Tomb in Chihuahua

20 bodies were found buried in a Chihuahua Narco-Tomb near a resort in Chihuahua.

After police dug the graves found in a resort located in Puerto Palomas, Chihuahua, authorities reported that they have identified the bodies of three women among the twenty bodies laying together in the grave site.

Officials also declared that among the victims, there was a documented U.S. citizen.

Police are still trying to identify the bodies, and have launched an investigation aimed to determine who and why organized the massacre and mass burial.

In the meantime,  Attorney Jorge González Nicolás, has invited the general public who have filed missing person reports to cooperate with the possible identification of the victims.

Gonzales said that there has been a great number of missing person reports filed in Chihuahua in the last 14 months, and condemned the increase of violence and the toll it takes on the citizens of Chihuahua.
