A man was found tortured, strangled, and run over on the side of the Lombardy Free Uruapan in Michoacan.
According to police, the victim was found inside a burlap sack, and was wearing a blue Barcelona shirt, jeans, orange and white boxers, and light colored pair of socks.
The deceased had light brown skin, black hair, and was approximately 19 years old.
