NARCO BLOG: Nephew of “Lord of Heaven” and “The Viceroy” captured in Chihuahua

The Federal Police successfully carried out a rescue mission releasing 4 hostages kidnapped by criminals yesterday. Seven of the kidnappers were captured including the nephew of the Carrillo Fuentes. The mission took place in Fuentes Valley in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua.

Among those captured were Jorge Alberto Navarro Valenzuela, identified as the leader of the kidnap gang. Navarro Valenzuela also confessed that in 2007 he was recruited by Vicente Carrillo Fuentes, known as the “Viceroy”  in Navolato, Sinaloa, and later he was sent to Ciudad Juárez to work with Juan PabloLedesma, El JL.

Francisco Ramón Escobar Carrillo , alias “Ramoncillo” 20 years old, was also arrested . He is the nephew of the late Amado Carrillo Fuentes, known as the “Lord of Heaven”, and Vicente Carrillo Fuentes, “The Viceroy.”

Also taken into custody were Carlos Mata Bejarano, Mario Alberto Casiano Cigala, Rubén Macias Almaraz, and Oscar Torres Rocha.

Authorities were able to secure several weapons, including a goat horn, a square .9 Mm, And a .57 Magnum revolver, cartridges and magazines.
