Narco Blog - Los Zetas in Tamaulipas in Weakened State says Navy

“The Los Zetas Gulf Cartel are very weak from a Tactical, operational and financial perspective in Tamaulipas”, said the spokesman for the Department of the Navy, Rear Admiral Jose Luis Vergara Ibarra.
