Narco Blog: Couple Shot in Chase in Guerrero ( Photo Warning)

This weekend a young couple was shot at by an unidentified group of gunman on the streets of the colony Marañonas Guerrero: the woman died and the man was in extremely serious condition.

The incident occurred near the department store Chedrauiupstream of the Causeway Pie de la Cuesta.

Unofficially the victim has been identified as Sarai Paula Miranda, 22. Her and Nicolas Bravo Alfonso Mejia, 19, were traveling in a taxi Volkswagen Sedan type, blue with white numbers 3882, 4882-FFZ plates of Guerrero, when they began to be chased and attacked by surprise shots coming from unknown gunmen in a moving van.

The chase ended on the streets of the colony Marañonas State of Guerrero, where the taxi driver, Nicolas Bravo Alfonso Mejia was shot in the head, causing the car to stop. His wife, Sarai, Paula Miranda, tried to flee the armed group,but was killed with shots to her head.

The body of the woman was lying on her back between the sidewalk and a vacant lot, a few meters from the cab.

The boy was taken to a hospital to be immediately attended to. The paramedics report that minutes later it was reported that the young man died while being transported.
