Narco Blog: 8 People Killed Last Night in Three Different Incidents

At least eight people were shot in three violent incidents recorded during the last 24 hours.  Among these was the execution of five men in the colony of Bishop, west of the city, police officials said.

Around 2:00 am at the intersection of a private road and Padre Mier Liendo gunshots were reported of high caliber weapons.  The police and paramedics arrived to discover five bodies of people between 20 and 25 years of age.

According to the evidence, the five victims were shot against the wall at this location. Meanwhile, in the colony Hidalgo, shortly before midnight, a couple was also shot to death.
At the junction of Calle Manuel Gonzalez and Rodrigo Zuriaga two other young men were wounded by firearms and were taken to a local hospital by paramedics of the Red Cross.

Almost simultaneously, but in the colony brooms, a young man of 20 years, died of gunshot wounds to the head. The deceased was allegedly pursued by individuals in a vehicle that shot him.

The eight bodies were taken to the amphitheater at the University Hospital for autopsies of law and waiting to be claimed by their relatives.
