NARCO BLOG: 50 Cartel Members Attack Small Town and Burn Down 10 Homes

Organized crime has been known to cause disasters in small communities by burning and looting homes in the past.  In the state of Durango, they have torched houses, cars, etc. Local authorities could not control the situation, as tragedy struck again last Sunday night.

During Sunday Milpillas Carboneras community in the municipality of Mezquital, was attacked by about 50 men. The men arrived and began setting homes on fire.

The Attorney General, reports that a total of ten houses were burnt down, while criminals also set fire to four vehicles were in the small community.

Authorities say it will support the Carboneras people who were affected by the cruel attack.
