After being kidnapped by criminals traveling in two cars, a woman was found hanging from a vehicular bridge that divides the colony Tierra y Libertad.
The criminals put a rope around the woman’s neck and hung her from the railing.
The incident was reported at the street Almazan, at the corner of Zaragoza Street, also known as the Zaragoza Bridge.
The woman in her 30s has not been identified.
