A clash between the army and Sinaloa Cartel members broke out in the vicinity of Oso Viejo and La Loma de Redo, Quila. A senior army commander confirmed that the person killed in the shooting was identified as Manuel Torres Felix, known as ” M-1 “or” the Waved “.
