HNBA Praises Senators who Voted to Approve Mari Carmen Aponte as Ambassador to El Salvador

The Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA) thanks the bipartisan group of Senators who, on a 62 to 37 vote, ended a filibuster that had blocked the confirmation of Mari Carmen Aponte as U.S. Ambassador to El Salvador.
