Salvadoran President Announces 3rd Migrant Survived Mexican Massacre

Salvadoran President Mauricio Funes announced yesterday that a third man survived August’s massacre of 72 migrants in a ranch in Tamaulipas, Mexico. Mexico has confirmed that 77 migrants from Central and South American were kidnapped and held at the ranch either for ransom or to force them to work for drug cartels.
