At the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (USHCC) 33rd Annual Convention, the USHCC, Hispanic Scholarship Fund (HSF) and Wells Fargo announced a first -time scholarship program reinforcing a commitment to higher education and entrepreneurship.
