Canal Uno and former World Cup referee, Byron Moreno, has been arrested on suspicion of smuggling heroin into the U.S. Moreno is well known in Latin America for his sports commentary and is equally known for his World Cup referring. In 2002 he gained famed for his controversial call expelling Italian Francisco Totti in the Italy vs. Korea game.
