Pilsen Copper Plant to Reduce Harmful Emissions Says Attorney General Madigan

Attorney General Lisa Madigan has filed a complaint against H. Kramer & Co. over dangerous levels of lead emissions from its copper smelter in Chicago’s Pilsen neighborhood.
