Coming in 2012-  Raw Meat to have “Nutritional Facts” Label

Beginning in 2012 many popular cuts of raw meat will have a new “ nutrition facts” label. The label will list calories, calories from fat, total grams of fat and grams of saturated fat. Cholesterol, sodium, protein and vitamin content will also be given. continue reading »
